What Is Try Before You Buy (TBYB)?

Try Before You Buy is a new checkout service for online fashion that allows you to try on your purchases in the comfort of your home without any upfront payment! Shoppers will have their items delivered to their homes to try-on. Only pay for the items you love! We'll handle all the returns for you.

How does it work?

The whole process is quick and simple!
1. Add items you want to cart
2. Look for the TBYB checkout button
3. Select preferred delivery slot (as early as the next day!)
4. We'll deliver the items and wait for 15 mins while you try your orders on
5. Pay only for what you like
6. Pass your returns back to us.

Are all items eligible for TBYB?

Promotions and/or voucher codes are currently not applicable with TBYB.

When will my TBYB orders arrive?

Our orders can be delivered by two working days from now (Mon-Fri), at your chosen try-on timing. Eg. An order placed on Wednesday can be delivered as early as on Friday.

How much time do I get to try-on and decide?

You'll get 15 minutes to try your items on and decide - we'll wait!

Do I have to pay for returns?

Not all all - simply pass the items you wish to return to us and you're good to go!

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept contactless payment via both debit or credit card and paynow.

There is a nominal $4.99 fee to engage our driver partners to bring your orders right to your doorstep for next day try-ons. The Try@Home service is effectively free as long as you purchase one item. Your try-on fee is refunded if one or more items were accepted after try-on (by deducting from payment amount)

There's no limit ! Unsure whether to get a size S or M? Can't decide which colour? Try them both! It's one flat Try@Home fee regardless of the number of items.
