$4 flat fee for orders $100 and below.

FOR ORDERS TO MALAYSIA
FREE shipping for orders above $150.
$10 (SGD) flat fee for orders $150 and below.
Your parcel will arrive within 1-1.5 weeks from the date of order placed. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your parcel has been dispatched.
Please note that Custom Taxes will be borne by customer based on country of residence.
FOR ORDERS TO OTHER COUNTRIES
FREE shipping for orders above $250.
$30 (SGD) flat fee for all international orders $250 and below.
Your parcel will arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date of order placed. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your parcel has been dispatched.
Please note that Custom Taxes will be borne by customer based on country of residence.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
To be eligible for refunds/exchanges, do ensure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 7 days
- The product isn't used or damaged
- You have the receipt/proof of purchase
Note: Sale items are strictly non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
FOR REFUNDS
Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer free shipping costs for returning your item. You may return the item using any prepaid and trackable return method. Once your returned item has been reviewed, your refund will be processed in the form of store credits.
Do note that store credits are one-time use only and have no expiration date.
FOR EXCHANGES
We will arrange a free-of-charge courier service to pick up your item. You will need to print a mailing slip which we will be send to you, and attach it to your parcel for our courier to pick it up.
Once your exchanged item has been reviewed, we will proceed to send the new item to you.
